Her experience includes managing the accounting function for major accounts while at Life Insurance Corporation of India and stints in taxation and investment management areas prior to co-founding Arnish Engineering Services
Mrs. Shobha is a Post graduate from Mumbai University and a qualified finance consultant for the many MNC’s in the past.
Namdeo Rathod is the Founder and Director – Design and Engineering of Arnish Engineering Services (AES) LLP and has over 30+ years of experience in R&D of new product design and development simulation and detailing. An accomplished executive management professional with comprehensive leadership experience in “Global” organizations. Having good understanding of profitable business models blended with cutting edge technologies.
A continuous learner, keeping up-to-date with the business skills and technology relevant to Automotive ,Off Road Vehicle, Bus Engineering, Material Handling, Port Handling Equipment, Marine Application, Oil and Gas, Terminal Trucks, Heavy Duty cranes design and calculation along with the strong R&D and technology experience.
